==Description==
For many years, we have tolerated the presence of the Cartel within our borders, turning a blind eye to many of their activities as to prevent a full-blown war. However, recent events have forced our hand, and we are to act against them. Intelligence reports indicate that the Cartel are now in possession of a possible 'dirty bomb', and the President is under increasing pressure from the Americans to resolve the issue, or they will intervene. Not wanting to jeopardize the nation's sovereignty, our task force has been mobilized to deal with this threat.
