Description

Spetsnaz GRU operatives move to eliminate a group of Western PMCs and retrieve an experimental WMD.

NOTE: This mission requires the Contact DLC in order to play, as player loadouts use equipment that requires said DLC.

  • Decorations added for immersion (by blah2355)
  • Mission medical parameters were updated.
    • Fatal Injuries (Prevent Instant Death) is set to 0 (Always). This means that PID is off.
    • Fatal Damage Source is set to 0 (Large Hits to Vitals Only).
  • Squad naming format changed to the typical Alpha-Bravo-Charlie-etc.
  • Replaced PO-30 Orca with unarmed variant and added an extra PO-30 Orca.
    • Added second Orca crew under callsign 'Kobold'.
    • Co-pilot slot descriptions have been updated to indicate the fact that PO-30 Orca co-pilots do not have anything to do in the helicopter.
  • Adjusted enemy assets to reduce or eliminate overkill lethality. Hindsight is 20/20.
  • Adjusted player loadouts.
    • All roles aside from autoriflemen carry AK-109s (7.62x39mm) with 1x sights, suppressors and laser pointers.
      • Squad Leaders and Team Leaders carry AK-109 GLs with HE grenades, white/green/red flares and illumination flares.
    • Autoriflemen carry PKP (B-50/Grip) with 1x sights, suppressors and laser pointers.
  • Ammo crate and player vehicle inventories updated to account for new weapons.
  • Several objects in the vicinity of the Kjetusland objective have been set as Simple Objects to hopefully improve performance
    • Note: Difficult to determine in practice- op performance generally smooths out as the mission progresses since there is less AI on the map the further into the mission players have progressed)
