Description
- 198X, US forces are deploying a small recon platoon ahead of the invasion force with the goal is recce'ing the area.
- The main goal of this phase will be locating enemy facilities as well as mapping the area for further incursions, a more detailed explaination will be available on the ground
- Due to the nature of this phase, you will be expected to act more independently than usual, you can take the pacifist approach and recon an entire sector, or try and be sneaky and destroy a few locations along the way
- Phase 2 will consist of the main invasion force, any markers, mines or dead assets will be passed over for the 2nd phase, while you will not have much of an effect on this specific phase, the 2nd one will rely entirely on how well you've performed. More info in the mission intel

- Part 1 of a 3 part series
- One-Life, when you die you get to sent to spectator
- ADV Med (medics have PACKs)
- Low visibility, will slowly turn to daytime over the course of the op, TL/Marksman are provided with night scopes. Chemlights and flares are available to all, same deal as Oomfie where enemy will also use light to see
- All tracers, no gameplay effect, it just looks cooler
- TL are equipped with androids, txt messages might be required to reach the other islands
- You are not expected to fight and win, zeuses will be lenient but remember that you are a recon unit, engaging enemy structures is not your main task.
