Lore: The year is 2034. Malden has been reduced to crime stricken island due to political issues back in Altis. We, the Altis Police Department (APD), have been deployed to take out the biggest operation on the island we know of. The Skopos Syndicate is a crime cartel that historically has operated out of the lawless areas on Altis. However, they have since expanded.
Intel: Intelligence suggests that CSAT forces have been supplying and trading with the Skopos Syndicate. In exchange for cheap guns and drugs, the cartel receives assets that are in high demand in Altis. This includes, vehicles and military grade weapons. Get in there, secure the most dangerous weapons, and get back to base.
