As part of some attempt to seek reparations from the French government, a coalition of North African nations have received backing from CSAT to conduct a full scale invasion of the island of Malden, with the intent of imposing economic punishment on France. This is also clearly an attempt by CSAT to gain a foothold into Western Europe.
