Description
With increasing destabilization of the Middle-East, there is an increase in new rogue states being established by disparate terrorist groups and paramilitaries.
One of these groups, the so-called Shadow Emirate, have been making power plays near the borders of Iraq and Syria, supported by funds and advisors from the 'Aayarani Network'. Most disturbingly, however, they seem to be moving East, expanding into the region of Al Rayak.
While on the surface another run-of-the-mill fundamentalist group with guns, they have been exploiting these hotspots to gain access to natural resources of captured regions and exploiting them via black market trade.
In response to this, a section of the Cold Harbor PMC is being redeployed from Iraq to help deal with the developing situation here, a subsidiary known as 'Target Management and Tactical Manuveurs'.
