Description
With increasing destabilization of the Middle-East, there is an increase in new rogue states being established by disparate terrorist groups and paramilitaries.
One of these groups, the so-called Shadow Emirate, have been making power plays near the borders of Iraq and Syria, supported by funds and advisors from the 'Aayari Network'. Most disturbingly, however, they seem to be moving East, expanding into the region of Al Rayak.
