Description
With rising global tensions in the Middle East and Europe, Central and South America have remained off the international radar for quite a while. In that time, various
cartels within Mexico, Colombia, and other notable nations in the drug trade have begun to further cement their positions through jockying for international sponsors.
Notably, these include terrorist groups and rogue states that reportedly have begun using the cartels to obtain American technological assets for study.
One such operation has been discovered in Colombia, where intelligence indicates that some items of American origin are being delivered to cells belonging to the Aayari Network
- a notable terrorist collective - in both the Middle East and the Mediterranean.
Not wanting to have to officially involve American forces, the Colombian government has elected to hire Cold Harbor PMC to send 'advisors' in with their own special forces teams, in order to contain the situation.
