Description
Two years after the 'East Wind' incident, the Republic of Altis and Stratis has slowly begun rebuilding under Western influence, with CSAT overtures only slowly returning influence to the island through fringe groups
and remnants of the Akhanteros regime. These remnants, however, in recent years, have begun to consolidate arms and have begun a campaign of inciting riots and committing terrorist acts against the civilian government.
However, NATO had fully agreed to draw down forces from the region in the immediate aftermath of the war and there is no solid proof of CSAT involvement with the terrorists, and thus this made it necessary for the new
government to begin hiring PMCs for military assistance against the terrorists.
