Description
While the US troops at Pleiku Airbase enjoy some light R&R of staring at the jungle and shovelling shit, reports have come to US High Command of ARVN positions coming under heavy Viet Cong attack in the morning. While nothing new, what is disturbing is that there are also simultaneous reports of the North Vietnamese Army mobilizing to the north of Saigon. Thus, it is deemed necessary for a large air assault force to deploy in order to strengthen and consolidate Southern positions.
