Your squad was conducting a standard overnight rest in Vietnam when the unimaginable occurred. You fell asleep in familiar terrain, in the same FOB you’ve been in for months. Yet, upon awakening, you find yourselves in an entirely unfamiliar place. The landscape is unrecognizable, the air feels strange, and something has shifted in the very nature of time and space itself.
Your watches have stopped working. The usual indicators of day and night are distorted, and even the sky itself seems alien. As you try to gather your bearings, you quickly realize that you are no longer in Vietnam—but rather, on a foreign island known as Stratis, situated in the Aegean Sea. You don’t know what year it is, and you have no idea how or why you've been brought here.
To make matters worse, you are surrounded by seemingly hostile AAF (Armed Forces of Altis) forces, who are already mobilizing to secure the area. The situation is dire, and you are trapped in a strange world with no clear way of returning home.
Mission: Your primary objective is to break contact with the AAF and find a way to escape the island. The AAF forces are closing in, and it is critical to remain undetected. Your secondary goal is to assess any possible means of returning to your world or at least understanding what has happened to you.
You are encouraged to take prisoners to learn more about these times, and to get them to help you establish contact with potentially friendly forces beyond the horizon
