Description
After the failed extraction and accidental outbreak of the virus - henceforth referred to as the 'Pathogen - the original developers, a Western corporation henceforth referred to as the 'Company', received increasingly more power in the Horizon Islands to help contain the epidemic, especially after having their security forces help deal with the rebellion on the island of Tanoa. However, with the outbreak being inexplicably drawn out, the local government had collapsed, leaving the Company and various warlords as the sole centers of authority to be found in the nation. With this grip on the country, CSAT attempts to diplomatically and covertly acquire the Pathogen or any territory have been thwarted. With its patience expended, China's Politburo has authorized a covert military operation to once again attempt to secure what could be an incredible asset to the coalition's interests.
